A. Information You Provide Directly

When you use SPRKLR, you may provide:

• Your name, nickname, email address, or sign-in information.
• Account login information, including Sign in with Apple identifiers if you choose to use Sign in with Apple.
• Relationship profile information, such as relationship goals, preferences, partner nickname, anniversary dates, communication preferences, or other details you choose to enter.
• Text, answers, notes, reflections, prompts, messages, or other content you submit in the app.
• Customer support messages or feedback you send to us.
• Optional notification preferences.

You should not enter information that you do not want processed by SPRKLR or its service providers.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the app, we may automatically collect:

• Device information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and general device identifiers.
• App usage information, such as screens viewed, features used, buttons tapped, session activity, and crash or diagnostic data.
• Log information, such as IP address, timestamps, error logs, and security-related events.
• Notification tokens if you enable push notifications.

We use this information to operate, secure, debug, improve, and personalize SPRKLR.

C. Subscription and Purchase Information

SPRKLR may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Apple processes your payment information. We do not receive your full credit card number, debit card number, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.

We may receive purchase-related information from Apple or subscription service providers, such as:

• Product purchased.
• Subscription status.
• Renewal or expiration status.
• Transaction identifiers.
• Receipt validation information.

We use this information to activate paid features, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and provide support.

D. AI-Generated Features

SPRKLR uses artificial intelligence features to generate personalized relationship prompts, suggestions, reflections, and other app content.

To provide these features, the information you enter into the app, including relationship preferences, prompts, answers, and app-generated context, may be processed by cloud-based AI service providers and hosting providers.

We use this processing only to operate and improve SPRKLR, generate requested app content, maintain safety and security, debug issues, and improve the user experience. We do not sell your personal information or use your personal relationship content for third-party advertising.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your account.
• Provide SPRKLR's relationship coaching features.
• Generate personalized Sparks, prompts, reminders, and recommendations.
• Save your preferences and app content.
• Process subscriptions and unlock paid features.
• Send push notifications if you enable them.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve app performance, reliability, safety, and usability.
• Analyze feature usage and understand how users interact with the app.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

A. Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate SPRKLR, such as:

B. Apple

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment and provides us with limited purchase and subscription status information. Apple's processing of your payment information is governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

C. Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of SPRKLR, our users, or others.
• Detect or prevent fraud, security issues, abuse, or violations of our terms.

D. Business Transfers

If SPRKLR is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your information remains protected.

SPRKLR does not:

• Share your personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
• Use your precise GPS location unless we specifically ask for permission in the app.
• Access your contacts unless we specifically ask for permission in the app.
• Access your photos, camera, microphone, calendar, or health data unless we specifically ask for permission in the app.
• Collect payment card numbers directly from you for Apple in-app purchases.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide SPRKLR, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

In general:

• Account information is retained while your account is active.
• App content and relationship preferences are retained while your account is active unless you delete them or request deletion.
• Subscription and transaction records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and tax purposes.
• Logs, analytics, and diagnostic information are generally retained for a limited period unless needed for security, debugging, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Backup copies may remain for a limited time after deletion before being overwritten according to our backup practices.

If SPRKLR allows account creation, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or server-stored information.

You may:

• Update or correct account information in the app.
• Delete certain content from within the app, where available.
• Disable push notifications through your device settings.
• Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

Some app features may not function properly if certain information is deleted or permissions are disabled.

If you enable push notifications, we may send reminders, Sparks, subscription messages, app updates, or relationship prompts.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your iOS device settings.

We may use analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools to understand app performance, improve features, detect errors, and fix bugs.

These tools may collect information such as device type, app version, operating system version, feature usage, crash logs, performance data, and general usage patterns.

We do not use analytics data to sell your personal information or target you with third-party ads.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

SPRKLR is not directed to children under 13 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
