SPRKLR is a relationship coaching app that provides AI-generated prompts, ideas, and conversation starters called “SPARKS” to help couples connect, reflect, and communicate more intentionally.

What SPRKLR Does
SPRKLR helps users create and receive relationship-focused prompts, reminders, and AI-generated coaching suggestions. These may include daily, weekly, or monthly SPARKS designed to encourage communication, connection, reflection, appreciation, and shared experiences.
SPRKLR is intended for general relationship wellness and personal growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, emergency services, or professional mental health support.
Getting Started
To use SPRKLR:
- Download SPRKLR from the Apple App Store.
- Open the app and follow the onboarding steps.
- Create or sign in to your account, if required.
- Set your preferences.
- Begin receiving or generating SPARKS.
Some features may require an active subscription or in-app purchase.
Account Help
I can’t sign in
Please check that:
- You are using the correct email or sign-in method.
- Your internet connection is working.
- You have installed the latest version of SPRKLR.
- Apple services and your network connection are working normally.
If you still cannot sign in, contact us at support@sprklr.co.
I forgot which email I used
Contact support and include your name, possible email addresses, and any other details that may help us locate your account. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account.
I want to delete my account
To request account deletion, contact us at support@sprklr.co. Please include the email address associated with your SPRKLR account. Once verified, we will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If SPRKLR includes an in-app account deletion option, you may also delete your account directly inside the app by going to: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through your Apple ID settings.
Subscription and Billing Support
SPRKLR may offer paid features through Apple In-App Purchase, including auto-renewable subscriptions.
Apple manages all App Store payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing details. SPRKLR does not directly process your Apple App Store payment information.
How to manage or cancel a subscription
You can manage or cancel your SPRKLR subscription through your Apple ID:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select SPRKLR.
- Choose the option to manage or cancel your subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Apple.
Refund requests
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please use Apple’s official purchase support process through your Apple account.
SPRKLR cannot guarantee refunds because App Store billing and refunds are controlled by Apple.
I subscribed but premium features are not showing
Please try the following:
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
- Open SPRKLR and go to the subscription or account screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases, if available.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Make sure you have an active internet connection.
If the issue continues, contact us at support@sprklr.co and include a screenshot of your active Apple subscription if possible. Please do not send full payment card details.
Restore Purchases
If you purchased a subscription or premium feature and need to restore it on the same Apple ID, open SPRKLR and look for: Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
Restoring purchases does not create a new charge. It checks your Apple account for eligible active purchases.

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about what data SPRKLR collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and what choices you have.

Safety and Appropriate Use
SPRKLR is designed to support healthy communication and relationship reflection. It is not intended for emergencies, crisis situations, abuse intervention, medical advice, legal advice, professional counseling, or mental health treatment.
Do not rely on SPRKLR if:
- You or someone else may be in immediate danger
- You are experiencing abuse, threats, stalking, coercion, or violence
- You need emergency, medical, legal, or mental health assistance
- A situation requires professional intervention
If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional in your area.
SPRKLR’s AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any suggestions provided by the app.

SPRKLR may use artificial intelligence to generate relationship prompts, conversation starters, ideas, summaries, or suggestions.
AI-generated content:

- May occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or inappropriate
- Should not be treated as professional advice
- Should not be used as the sole basis for major personal, financial, legal, medical, or relationship decisions
If a prompt or response does not feel right for your situation, do not use it.
Troubleshooting
The app is not loading
Try these steps:
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen SPRKLR.
- Restart your device.
- Update SPRKLR to the latest version from the App Store.
- Update iOS if an update is available.
- Try again later.
If the issue continues, contact support.
I am not receiving notifications
Please check:
- iPhone Settings → Notifications → SPRKLR
- Make sure notifications are enabled.
- Make sure Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications.
- Open SPRKLR and confirm notification settings inside the app.
My SPARKS are not appearing
Please try:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Refresh the app.
- Confirm that your subscription is active, if the feature requires a subscription.
- Check whether your preferences or schedule are set correctly.
Contact support if the issue continues.
The app crashed or froze
Please update to the latest version of SPRKLR. If the issue continues, contact support and include:
- What you were doing when the crash happened
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- Any screenshots or screen recordings, if available

Availability
SPRKLR features may vary by country, language, device, operating system version, subscription status, or app version. We may update, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time.

App Store Billing Notice
If you purchased SPRKLR through the Apple App Store, your purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund options are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. SPRKLR cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
